Service Scope ও Confirmation

কাজ শুরুর আগে service scope, final price, delivery time এবং প্রয়োজনীয় information WhatsApp-এ confirm করা হয়। Career Processing Hub কোনো job, interview, visa অথবা ATS selection guarantee করে না.

Payment Safety

সঠিক payment information WhatsApp-এ order confirmation-এর সময় জানানো হয়। CPH-এর নামে অপরিচিত number বা message থেকে payment instruction পেলে আগে official WhatsApp number-এ যাচাই করুন.

Customer Responsibility

Customer-এর দেওয়া education, experience, skill, contact information এবং employment history সত্য ও অনুমোদিত হওয়া প্রয়োজন। CPH কোনো qualification, work history, certificate বা achievement তৈরি বা পরিবর্তন করে না.

Change, Cancellation ও Delivery

কাজ শুরু হওয়ার আগে service change, cancellation বা payment-related প্রশ্ন WhatsApp-এ জানান। কাজের status ও agreed scope অনুযায়ী available option নিশ্চিত করা হবে। প্রয়োজনীয় information এবং timely feedback delivery timeline-এ প্রভাব ফেলতে পারে.

Unsuitable Requests

False information, forged document, misleading employment claim, password/verification code sharing, NID/passport বা bank information চাওয়া—এ ধরনের অনিরাপদ বা অনুপযুক্ত request এই service-এর অংশ নয়.
